Join other local moms for a babywearing & stroller-friendly workout designed to keep you moving while keeping your little one close.
We’ll start with a warm up and progress to gentle strength moves you can do while wearing your baby or keeping them nearby in a stroller. Bring a mat so we can also get down on the ground for some work while your baby relaxes under/ next to you!
Each session wraps up with a walk, stroller stroll, or simply hanging out together — whatever feels right that day!
