Join us for a fun and supportive postpartum meet-up designed to help you move, connect, and feel strong.
Each session begins with a gentle core and pelvic floor warm-up, followed by strength training and optional cardio. Think light plyometrics, hill sprints (if you’re up for it!), and walk/jog/run intervals — all with plenty of modifications to meet you where you are in your recovery.
No pressure, no judgment — just a safe space to rebuild strength and confidence at your own pace.
